First of all the staff, to personally address you upon entry every time for me as a frequent traveller was appreciated. I had eSIM issues and Anna seriously looked into it and made a recommendation that resolved the problem. Great location near “The Green”.

Very nice place, as long as you know what you’re expecting. As it’s good basic stay, nothing too fancy but you do have everything you need and a good amount of space. A good amount of stairs to go up and down, so pack only what you’re okay with carrying up the stairs. The location is great, it’s right by a huge and beautiful park that you can walk through to get to other areas. The city centre is about a 20 minute walk so everything is very close by. Staff were so kind and were eager to help. Overall, a good stay.

We had a very good stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything went smoothly during our stay.
The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was also convenient and the overall experience was very good.
We would happily stay here again and would recommend this hotel to others.
