Confortevole, pratico e funzionale - e ben riscaldato (non scontato per un app. di vacanza, in stagione invernale). Negozi alimentari e mezzi pubblici a breve distanza. Ideale base per scoprire la regione. Top la possibilità di parcheggio.

Très bel appartement et très bien équipé. Très accessible en transports publics avec la Ticino Card fournie par l'hôte. Parking gratuit.

Perfekt für unseren Kurzurlaub zu zweit

Die Lage ist ziemlich gut. Man ist in einem Wohnviertel, von daher gibt es nicht viel Auswahl an Restaurants und die Atmosphäre ist eher zweckmäßig, aber die Basics sind da. Supermärkte und Bäcker sind knapp 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Es gibt in der Nähe einen Bahnhof, mit dem man gut angebunden ist, und Busse fahren auch regelmäßig. Es bietet sich daher an, den öffentlichen Verkehr zu nutzen, da man auch gut mit den Postbussen in die Täler kommt, falls man wandern möchte. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist einfach, aber es war alles da, was wir gebraucht haben. Der Gastgeber hat sich gekümmert, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein.

Der Parkplatz ist auf 'first come, first serve'-Basis, ist also nicht garantiert. Unsere Erfahrung war, dass alle Parkplätze abends (3 Nächte) belegt sind, also ist schon ein Risiko dabei. Wir sind daher auch abends nicht zu lange unterwegs gewesen, sondern eher immer zwischen 15:00 Uhr und 16:00 Uhr zurückgekommen, dann hat es auch geklappt den letzten oder vorletzten Parkplatz zu kriegen (3 der 5 Parkplätze waren auch durchgehend belegt). Das Haus ist ziemlich hellhörig, aber es war während unseres Aufenthalts kein Problem. Die Heizung ist nicht sehr warm geworden, das war für meine Partnerin etwas kalt (Ende Oktober)

Grosszügig. angenehm und gut gelegen!

Gut erklärte Anfahrt, Schlüssel im Schlüsseltresor. Gute Möglichkeit zum Parkieren. Einfache Kommunikation. Ältere Wohnung welche aber schön gemacht ist. Dunkles grau wiederholt sich in den Räumen. Küche ist gut ausgerüstet. Klimagerät im Wohnraum ist sehr angenehm. Balkon hat gute Größe. Wir konnten draußen frühstücken mit Kaffee aus der Nespresso Maschine!

Schlafzimmer geht zur Quartier Straße, daher hört man bei geöffnetem Fenster, den Lärm der Straße. Für uns nicht schlimm, da wir gut schlafen, für Personen mit leichtem Schlaf könnte es ein Thema sein.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Alles in allem war alles ok. Die Wohnung könnte mal wieder ein wenig gesteichen werden. Der Kontakt war aber super und es wurde auch gleich geholfen wenn was war.

Prima ruim en compleet appartement op een goeie locatie!

prettig ruim en schoon appartement!

Het beddengoed was volgens ons geen katoen en was een beetje benauwd. Onze voorkeur: beddengoed van puur katoen! Het appartement is erg gehorig! (luidruchtige bovenburen en naaste buren!)
