This process is just like when you check in at the front desk of a hotel or rent a car, except our front desk is online (no app required)! Please note, arrival details will only be sent once these steps are completed and refunds aren't possible if skipped.

Cosmetic items in some rooms that need attention. Maybe use color towels cause the white ones were a little dingy. Check-in if having issues, someone should be available to talk to not just keep texting or messaging.

It was a beautiful space, lots of room, several places in the home looked as though it was not finished being remodeled but did not interfere with our stay much. It is listed as having a king bed, queen bed and a futon upstairs and there is not a futon at our stay, so we had to re-adjust sleeping arrangements. But we had a good stay, and it was close to the lackland AFB.
