Please note that this home is nestled next to a beautiful forest, which adds to its charm and natural surroundings. As a result, it's possible to encounter wildlife such as bugs and lizards, which are common in forested areas.
1. Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. onwards.
2. Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. maximum. Late check-out without approval incurs a $100 fee.
3. Inform us of the total number of overnight guests and any visitors.
4. Unregistered guests are not permitted. Extra guests may incur a $39/night fee per person.
5. No parties or events allowed on the property.
6. Notify us of all vehicles for your reservation.
7. All cars must be parked on the driveway or inside the garage. Street parking is prohibited.
8. No smoking indoors. Indoor smoking incurs a $750 fine. Outdoor smoking is allowed; dispose of
cigarette butts properly.
9. No drugs or illegal activities are tolerated on the property.
10. Garbage collection days vary; we will notify you in advance. All trash must be bagged before being
placed in bins.
11. House-trained pets are allowed with prior approval and a $120 fee per pet. Pets are not allowed on
beds or furniture. Pet waste must be picked up or a fee will be charged.
12. Stained sheets or towels will incur replacement charges.
13. Remove shoes when entering the property, especially on carpeted areas. Shoe stains or dirt
requiring deep cleaning will result in extra cleaning charges.
14. If you break or damage something, please notify us immediately.
15. Please return any moved items or furniture to their original positions.
16. Set the AC to 75°F when not in use.
17. The pool heater is available upon request for $150/day. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
18. Use of the pool is at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised at all times.
No glass near the pool.
19. Towels are for body use only. Do not use them for makeup removal, cleaning, or poolside use.
20. Exterior security cameras monitor the property 24/7 for safety. Do not tamper with them.
21. A noise-monitoring device is in place to help maintain a peaceful environment. It does not record
conversations.
22. No open flames or candles are allowed inside the property.
23. No unapproved outdoor gatherings or additional visitors beyond registered guests.
24. Firearms or weapons are strictly prohibited on the property under any circumstances.
