Bedroom 3 – Queen bed with a desk + monitor setup for remote work
Bedroom 4 – Full-size bunk beds and smart TV—great for kids or teens
Bedroom 5 – Twin daybed, books, games, and 55" TV—a fun kids’ hangout or media room
Two full bathrooms (including a dual-sink setup in the hallway bath)
One half-bath conveniently located near shared spaces

The fully stocked kitchen includes pots, pans, baking sheets, a coffee bar, and kid-friendly plates, bowls, and utensils. The stylish dining area seats 8+ comfortably with a high chair provided.

- Pet fee is added after booking reservation. Please let us know at the time of reservation if you will be bringing a dog with you.
To ensure that all guests have an enjoyable stay, we require dog parents to agree to the following Dog Policy before booking.
DOG POLICY:
*My dog is not aggressive and is well socialized with people and other animals.
*My dog is free of ticks and fleas.
*My dog will be with me, under my care at all times (never left in the home unattended). Crates are welcome.
*I will clean up after my dog and dispose of any waste.
*I will keep my dog off of all furniture including bed, chairs, and couches and agree to bring my own dog bed. Blankets , pillows, and comforters are not to be used for dog beds (an additional cleaning fee of $100 will be charged for hair on furniture and/or beds).
*I will assume financial responsibility for any damage, stains, or excessive pet hair caused by my dog during my stay.

Our family enjoyed our stay very much. Kiana is a fabulous host. Quick & thorough communication. The house was welcoming and had plenty of room for our family & our dog.

The house was wonderful. The host was prompt to reply though we needed nothing. The house had all we could have needed. The area was safe and friendly. The beds were comfortable. you can tell this owner takes the guests comfort seriously. Even if we had an issue I have no doubt it would have been handle perfectly.

We had a party of 7 and the house had plenty of room. House was very clean and well stocked. The AC worked great, beds were comfortable. Great crash pad for big family looking to be near Seaworld and other attractions. Had a great time!
