Come and make beautiful memories in this modern vacation dream house and its unique outdoor hangout cave. It offers plenty of entertainment for the entire family, including a pool table, electronic table basketball, ping pong & Smart TV's in every room.
The cave in the backyard is a pool conversion where you step down into a unique hangout environment with a sunken TV area, game/poker table, mini fridge and even bluetooth speakers just for fun. There is a mini-split AC in the Cave and for the colder days it has a wall electric chimney.
The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped for all your cooking needs, including an air-fryer. The Texas-size fridge and pantry are big enough for a full house. In the mood for some Texas BBQ? Simply step outside to your covered porch and light up the coals in the barbecue pit.
Ladies, stop by your personal Wine and Coffee Bar for some Me-Time before you head upstairs to unwind. You will find 4 spacious bedrooms with ample closets and dressers for storage.
Besides a KING sized bed, your master bedroom welcomes you with the choice of a love seat and a reclining chair for your self pampering time. This room is perfectly complimented by its master bath with a double vanity and jetted-tub.
The community Tennis courts are available year-round. We have tennis rackets and balls in the Laundry Room, feel free to use.
San Antonio has connecting walking/biking/hiking trails throughout the city! If this is your thing, do look into it as it is totally worth it.
