About this house rental
Welcome to your comfortable home away from home while you visit our wonderful city. This is a quiet neighborhood with convenient access to many San Antonio destinations. It’s just 3.5 miles to Lackland Air Force Base. Sea World, Riverwalk, The Alamo, Fiesta and more are all easy to get to from here. There’s also a Walmart in the neighborhood so you can easily grab any items you may have forgotten at home. The house has smart tvs in all bedrooms along with the living room and loft. There is a community pool close by open June-October, Tuesday-Sunday 5 am till 9 pm. The pool is not owned or controlled by the host and is subject to closures for maintenance. No refunds for pool closures but guests are more than welcome to make use when it’s open.

Great location and very convenient, especially for access to the base. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and quick to address any questions or issues that came up, which we really appreciated.The home worked for what we needed, and we were grateful for the stay. I’d just recommend double-checking amenities and details ahead of time to make sure it’s the right fit for your group.Overall, we had a great experience with Justin and truly appreciated his communication and hospitality.

Host was very communicative. However, we experienced a few issues, including only one towel per person for a 3 day stay. There were only 6 washcloths and 6 forks for 11 people, one dishcloth for three days for dishes there were no dish towels, except paper towels were provided and only 3 trash bags for the kitchen, the rest were only 4 gallon bags. We planned for a propane grill, per the listing description and pictures, and ended up with a barbecue grill, which wasn’t a big deal accepted it affected the time it takes to cook the food for our larger group. Also, the pool was closed, which we didn’t see until later after asking about it that it was only open May through September; I took a bit to find that in the details of the listing (would be it that was included in the description of amenities). For the cost per night, I would’ve expected more supplies, especially since we clarified with the host ahead of time that everything would be sufficient for the size of our group.
