This home was everything we expected. Easy access to the beach, beautiful views from the balcony and ample space for a family of 6. Would highly recommend it!

Great location and ocean views, good parking, good beach access. we did have some issues with the TVs not working properly in the bedrooms, mold in the washing machine, noisy rattling ceiling fan in one bedroom that couldn't be used, and several other minor issues that were probably specific to this particular condo, but overall had an enjoyable short-term visit that could have been a little better.

We had a great stay! This was our fifth trip to Majestic Sun and our first stay in this condo. Everything was as expected. The triple bunk was great for our kids, the Master suite was spacious and the view was spectacular. A few issues were noticed but did not impact our stay in any noticeable way. First, the air vent in the shared bathroom didn’t work and was partially hanging from the ceiling. Second, if you like to sleep past 6:00 am, you might want to hang towels over the bedroom windows because it gets very bright in the morning, which is great if you’re a morning person. Also, the balcony only had two curtains that don’t cover the whole doorway and are fairly sheer, so again, lots of light gets in. The only other oddity is that the people in the room to the East have a full view of the balcony from their own balcony, and also into the living room if the curtains aren’t placed just right. We did not have an issue with this as no one from that room used that space, and that’s poor design on the architect’s part and not the fault of the condo owner. I would recommend this condo for any family with 3 or more kids plus 2-4 adults. We would rent again.

We love the majestic sun but some units and the full location are in need of some repairs and updates. Otherwise we love this place. The unit needs some items for the beach and cleaning supplies (broom and dustpan), also the stove was funky to use and some remotes didn't have batteries and the cable didn't work in some rooms. The unit 1010B needs updating. The coaches were not super comfortable and the door to the balcony was not working and we had to leave it open at all times. It worked for us on this stay but I would expect better for the money we spend.
