*Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.
*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Majestic Sun is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.

The condo was clean, beautiful and in a great location. We had family from ages 72 down to 14 and we all had a great time. The view is spectacular. We would definitely stay here again!

My family loves the Majestic Sun. We finally made it to the penthouse level and it was great. The size of the penthouse was huge. We took our 1 year old grand baby and she had plenty of room to roam. The space was clean but their were a couple of super small issues but nothing too bad. The oven door wouldn't close all of the way, The "in wall" microwave was broken (you already knew this because there was a counter top microwave there for use) and the 2nd bathroom shower drain was slow to drain. Other than that, we loved the penthouse and the property never disappoints. See ya next year:)
