About this house rental
Located directly across from the beach, this home has it all!
Large patio with grand pool (16'x24' 5 1/2" deep) including lighting for night swimming, with a hot tub all behind a beautiful privacy wall.
On the first floor, there is a king bedroom with private bath and French doors leading out to the pool area. Directly across from this is another king bedroom with a private bath with a shower/tub combo. This room also has French doors leading out to the pool area. The last room on this floor is the bunkroom featuring two sets of FULL over FULL built in bunkbeds with private bath. There is also a linen closet, stairs and an elevator on this floor that reaches all levels of the house.
The second floor has a king bedroom with private bath across from the elevator. Down the hall, just off the living area, is a powder room. The living area is open concept with a large seating area, with a beautiful gas fireplace directly below a 75" smart TV. There are French doors leading to a walk out balcony with ocean views. The kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances including dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and a separate under counter icemaker. There are beautiful marble counter tops, and the dining area seats twelve people.
The third floor houses the laundry room with a large washer and dryer and an iron and ironing board. This floor includes a king master bedroom with ensuite and a walk out balcony that spans the width of the house. Across from the king master is another king bedroom with private bathroom and has French doors leading out to the balcony.

This was a wonderful place with lovely view of the beach. Perfect for all of us to have our space but also be together. Easy walk to the beach and short drive to Destin and other activities.
I might want to make a comment that the covered boardwalk to the beach was great but once it was starting to get late evening it was very difficult to see the random steps under the roof. One of our friends fell and was pretty bruised. We quickly learned to take a flashlight with us. Just want others to take that advice.

Loved, loved the location!! The house was exactly as described on the site. It was perfect for a large group.
We had a fee issues at first but the property manager (Roxanne) was awesome!!!! She treated us very well and made sure we had a awesome experience. We will return!!
I highly recommend this property!

The house is laid out perfectly for a large family. The kitchen and family room are a nice size and the pool was just right for 7 adults and 5 kids. Communication with the manager was almost instant once we got there. The beach was just across the road and down a walkway. We rented chairs the week we were there and they were always set up when we got there. Nice family vacation!
