If you need anything at all, or if something is not right, I am quick to respond! I've tried to think of everything that my family and my guests would want in a beach rental. ✹ No parties or loud music - Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced by Seascape security/local police and subject to fines.
✹ Booking guest must be 25+ and present during the whole stay (HOA policy) - In the event of a disturbance, local police will be called.
✹ Cancellation policy: One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued unless travel insurance has been purchased. In the event of a cancellation, the 4% credit card processing fee is non-refundable. Please note - I am a traveler too so I know that things come up! If you need to cancel inside of the cancellation window, please just let me know, and I will do my best to work with you. I am often able to rebook the dates and provide a refund.

Stan was exceptionally responsive. The condo had everything needed and more. The view was amazing. A great way to spend an early Christmas with the family.

The condo was beautiful and very clean. All the basics and more were there until we went to the grocery. The host Stan was amazing, communicative and answered all of my questions quickly. The furnishings were comfortable, deck was amazing and I am dying to get back there!

The apartment is so well located. The view is outstanding, could not take my eyes out these blue waters. Stan is very responsive to any question you may have, but all you need to stay with your family including two kids (4-7 yrs) is already there: from a fully equipped kitchen, to very cleaned bathrooms with extra set of towels, you will also find sand play set, DVD, monopoly etc… EVERYTHING!I highly recommend this property and Stan!
