Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. The condo was wonderful, it was cute and clean and came with everything we might have needed. The location of the condo is good, close to restaurants and shopping and it has a beautiful view. It is the neighborhood that got 3 stars. This used to be a nice quiet place for families, but last year and this year felt more like a college spring break trip. Kids driving up and down the street until 2am honking their golf cart horns, blaring their music and screaming on the sidewalks out front. We loved this condo but might need to find a more quiet neighborhood for future vacations.

From booking to check out the management team has been top notch, the communication is quick and efficient. This property is not only beautiful, peaceful and fun, it in convenient with easy in and out hassle free parking, an elevator ride to beach access and views for miles. The renovation is gorgeous, the layout is amazing for families and I love that the room with 2 beds are not twin beds. The AC was perfect and never let us down, which can happen in condos/hotels, the towels were plush and the coffee was hot. We have been to the 30A area multiple times, we were here for a week of World Series Youth Baseball and would choose the Majestic Sun for our family of 4 plus Grandma over and over again. Don't second guess this location or this condo...Book Now. You won't regret it.
