A beautiful and spacious kitchen with updated appliances that hosts its own unique style with a fun and retro backsplash. The open concept living allows for ocean views throughout, so you’ll never forget you’re at the beach! Watch sunsets and listen to the waves in the screened in porch just off the living room. This condo offers plenty of space to sit back and relax.
The large and spacious master bedroom features a king size bed and direct access to the screened in porch plus its own private bath. The second bedroom is tucked down the hall to offer additional privacy. A beautifully finished bathroom is located just off the hallway. With modern updates and a relaxing design, you’ll be sure to enjoy an amazing vacation in this ocean view condo.
The Islander Resort offers guests an island experience like no other resort! Offering ocean views, an oceanfront saltwater swimming pool, poolside cabana with wet bar, tennis court, grilling area, and a secure building lobby with elevator service to each floor, The Islander is the Wrightsville Beach resort experience you’ve been searching for! The resort pool is available by Memorial Weekend and closes by October 1st. (The pool may open as early as May 15th and close as early as Labor Day.)
Community washer and dryers are located on floors 2-10 and are available on a first come first serve basis.
Parking instructions:
2 parking passes provided. 1 assigned spot and 1 overflow spot. No additional parking passes can be provided due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional vehicles must park in paid public parking.
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.

This was a great place at an affordable price for a weekend getaway! Kitchen was stocked well for use and even surprised at the beach items ready for us in the condo!

Unit was tired. Basic. Plastic mattress covers on beds made a crinkling noise that woke us up every time we moved. One bath was remodeled. Other tub/commode area was so small you almost could not close the door. Beach was pleasant and private. Washing/dryerFree to use. Bottom line is that there were a number of rules/regulations but very little positive input from management or owner. Told us what we couldn’t do.
