Gorgeous 2BR/2BA Oceanview Condo with sunroom, next to the beach! Watch beautiful sunsets or experience all the beach has to offer with a community pool, cabana, and tennis court!
Prepare for the ultimate getaway in this spacious two-bedroom condo with stunning views! The beautifully designed kitchen with custom cabinetry and all stainless appliances immediately gives an elevated experience. You’ll overlook an open concept living area compete with a full-size dining table perfect for gathering. The spacious living room opens up to gorgeous views and access to your own private screened in porch.
The large master suite with king size bed offers direct porch access and fun beachy vibes. Complete with tv, master bathroom with separate vanity, and spacious closet, you’ll have the perfect private oasis. Just down the hall the second bedroom has two twin beds and a twin portable cot plus a tv and plenty of storage space. With a full-size bathroom just next door, everyone can enjoy their own space! With bright décor and beautiful accent features, you will feel right at home for your next vacation!
The Islander Resort offers guests an island experience like no other resort! Offering ocean views, an oceanfront saltwater swimming pool, poolside cabana with wet bar, tennis court, grilling area, and a secure building lobby with elevator service to each floor, The Islander is the Wrightsville Beach resort experience you’ve been searching for! Enjoy the gated beach path providing direct and easy access to our beautiful white sand beach and the crystal-clear blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean. **Renovations may be underway in neighboring units in the offseason. Construction is allowed Monday through Friday 8 am until 5 pm during the off season**

The resort pool is available by Memorial Weekend and closes by October 1st. (The pool may open as early as May 15th and close as early as Labor Day.)
Parking instructions:
2 parking passes provided. 1 assigned spot and 1 overflow spot. No additional parking passes can be provided due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional vehicles must park in paid public parking.
Community washer and dryers are located on floors 2-10 and are available on a first come first serve basis.
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.

The Islander was a wonderful and extremely clean. Each of us enjoyed a dynamic ocean front view. The area was clean and inviting wonderful time of year to spend a few quite days at the beach. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

Great spot, right on the beach with an elevator so you dont have to suffer carrying 3567458 bags up and down steps! *just make sure you bring k-pods for the Kuerig!

The interior is very nice, kitchen and bathrooms are upgraded and furnishings are great.!

The price paid did not justify this rental.Good: great location, right on the beach! Plenty of room: 2 bed/2 bath w/good sized kitchen.Bad: disclaimer of construction did not capture that the balcony in the morning/evenings/weekends could not be opened to hear or smell the ocean, and the warning tape/signs and scaffolding blocked the ocean views. (I do not know when the construction will be complete)Fridge: rattled loudly while running and when it shut off - to the point where it woke us up in the middle of the night.No reserved parking: despite parking spaces being labeled. You received a parking pass upon check-in, but it was first come/first serve. (We stayed during April so the building was not full and we never had issues with parking)I was emailed and texted with notices to pay the balance remainder when I had already paid in full.
