About this house rental
Enjoy the ocean view from the spacious porches of this cozy vacation home. This upper level unit is just a short walk to the ocean, Johnnie Mercer's Pier, and all of your favorite shops. Nothing could be better than to be sitting on the porch in the evening feeling the gentle ocean breeze and relaxing. The master bedroom is at the back of the house next to the kitchen with a king bed. The two other bedrooms are at the front of the house by the porch. The kids bedroom has a twin trundle bed, and the second guest bedroom has a queen bed. There is a full bathroom in the hallway for these two bedrooms.
The open living and dining area has room for your entire group. There is a large flat screen TV and sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for family dinners! The porch is great for enjoying a morning coffee, or the evening ocean breeze. A truly memorable vacation!! Wonderful location just a few houses down from the beach, and a few blocks away from the pier. The furniture was comfortable. The unit was clean. It had plenty of space for a small family. It had one guaranteed parking spot, so no street parking was necessary. Convenient to Wilmington and and other beaches on the coast. We will go back.

I was leery about no current reviews on this site. However, we LOVED our stay and will stay here again! The long term renters below were awesome and helpful. The beds were comfortable and cool in the evening. Kitchen was outfitted with all your needs. The only recommendation for this property owner would be to supply a hair dryer in the bathrooms. Thankfully, I have a lot of family here in Wilmington, I just borrowed one of theirs.
