This renovated 1950s duplex is filled with original and authentic character. The traditional wood walls and tasteful decor makes this the perfect Wrightsville Beach vacation. Just one house from the ocean, the salt air and sound of crashing waves fills the space.
We are also right around the corner from tons of Wrightsville Beach favorites like 'Shark Bar', 'Johnnie Mercers Fishing Pier', Palm Room and are right across the street from the 'Surf Club'!

This is a ground floor unit, no stairs for entry!

On the quiet North End of Wrightsville Beach, Mallard Street certainly offers a peaceful oasis for travelers!
-1 minute walk to the beach
-8 minute walk to Shark Bar
-8 minute walk to Johnnie Mercers Pier
-1.5 miles to Wrightsville Beach Park
Getting Around:
There are two parking spaces for the unit around back!
Other Things to Note:
1. NO EVENTS or exceeding the guest limit
2. Quiet hours from 10PM-8AM per the TOWB
3. As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC.
4. NO PETS (ESA certification required)
5. Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period.

Place was clean,great location and accurately described. Has an outdoor shower that was used by non guests of the property . Not sure what the relationship was to the property but they claimed to have permission and were there both days. Multiple people in the shower at the same time in the middle of the day Communicated this with the host and the answer was nebulous at best . Parking also an issue as these same people parked their vehicle in the driveway making it very difficult to get a bigger vehicle past them . Would we stay there again ? Absolutely not -
