About this house rental
Gresham is the updated classic beach cottage you and your family are looking for! This wonderful unit has a spacious porch that spans the entire front of the house with plenty of seating. Great for relaxing after a long day on the beach, or to start your day on the rocking chairs! Inside, you have an open living and dining area with new furniture, a large flat screen TV, and dining seating for 4. In the kitchen, you have everything you need to cook a meal in, as well as additional seating for 2.
There are 3 bedrooms in the unit. The first two bedrooms each have queen beds, a flat screen TV, and have access to the large full bathroom with a double vanity, sky light, and large walk-in shower. The third bedroom has 1 full and 1 twin bed. The second full bathroom is in the hall across from this bedroom. There is a full stacked washer and dryer in the back of the unit for your convenience, as well!
There is a small yard out of the back door that is shared with the lower unit. There is also a large outdoor shower, great to rinse off after the beach. Make sure to book the Gresham House today to enjoy beach life!

Convenient to the beach and entertainment options. Pillows are very flat so bring your own. A nice touch would be curtains that block out the sun so sleeping later is an option. Clean and comfortable accommodations.

This was a great place to stay for our family of 6. We loved the classic beach cottage vibe. The front porch was a great oasis- perfect place to watch the rain, enjoy the sea breeze while reading, or just sit and enjoy the evening fresh air. The nostalgic cottage kitchen was well stocked. We loved having the outside shower too. Great location to the beach and pier. Only negative was trying to cool the cottage in the heat wave. The A/C would change back to 77 automatically and was hard to cool the last couple days.

We had a great stay at Gresham. The location was fantastic. Just a short walk down to the beach, and we did that every morning and evening we were there.There were parties next door, which made for some late nights, but they did shut down around midnight. Considering the location, I'd almost expect that.Otherwise, I'd recommend this house to anyone staying at Wrightsville Beach.

Recently stayed 2 nights to spend Thanksgiving with family that live in Wrightsville Beach. Arrived early evening and had dinner out. Got back to take evening showers and discovered no hot water. Message sent via VRBO. No response. Left message with intracoastal. Next day was Thanksgiving. Called after hours intracoastal who got in touch with the owner. Owner called us to notify that plumber would be by “sooner than later”. No showers yet for any of us 5. Booked a house to have kitchen to prep Thanksgiving. Stove top workedPrepared food to take to family gathering and preheated oven. It reached Yelp desired and cold inside. No oven. Incredibly disappointing stay especially for price point. Plumber came 5pm and fixed hot water.
