This thoughtfully designed space features one bedroom, two additional daybeds in the living area, a full bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and a cozy dining nook. Step outside to enjoy expansive outdoor living, complete with a front porch, spacious deck, fire pit, and refreshing outdoor shower.
The Space:
The Bungalow Loft is a fully renovated upstairs unit within a 1946 duplex beach cottage. The unit has private stairs, free driveway parking and extensive outdoor space.
The unit has a private front porch with rocking chairs and a hammock and a peaceful sun filled back porch with extensive seating. The outdoor space for two units are separated by a gate and deck- both have their own fire pit, outdoor shower and seating.
Located on Wrightsville Beach’s main strip and just a 3-minute walk to the sand, The Loft offers easy access to Johnny Mercer's Pier, local shops, and restaurants—making it the ideal beachside escape.
You will not be sharing any space with the guests in the other unit of this duplex.
The Neighborhood:
Nestled along the quiet north end of Wrightsville Beach, 1502 North Lumina Avenue offers a perfect blend of laid-back coastal living and convenience. Just steps from the ocean and the sound, the area is ideal for beachgoers, surfers, and paddleboarders alike. Enjoy scenic walks on “The Loop,” easy access to local shops and restaurants, and a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere that captures the charm of classic beach town living.

The bungalow was just as cute as seen on the pictures! It was clean and had everything we needed. My husband and I had a fantastic stay. The location was excellent too.

Accommodations lived up to online photos. Very comfortable and the location was perfect access to the beach and walking to restaurants. Very quiet despite being on main road. We loved both front porch and back deck areas for relaxing. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking and enjoyed having breakfast on the deck. Highly recommend this bungalow for couples.
