Beautiful apartment in the heart of Madrid, in the Plaza de Canalejas next to the Four Seasons hotel, one of the best areas of the city. It has three large bedrooms with stunning views of the square from the balconies with large windows. Very bright and with an impeccable decoration. Fully equipped to have a perfect stay, ideal to get to know and enjoy the city while enjoying incredible accommodation.
The apartment has three large bedrooms that in turn have a comfortable sofa area with TV inside each one. A perfect space to relax and enjoy the tranquility and comfort of the accommodation.
IMPORTANT: There is only air conditioning in 2 rooms.

Bedroom Nº1: It has a large 1.50cm double bed with a viscoelastic mattress, very comfortable and air conditioning. A very spacious walk-in closet, and three large windows with a balcony to the outside. Rest area with two beautiful Chester chairs and a TV so you can enjoy and relax from the comfort of your bedroom.
Bedroom Nº2: Very spacious, with a comfortable 1.50cm double bed with memory foam mattress . It has a closet and three large windows with balconies and views of the Plaza de Canalejas. A large seating area with a spacious Chester sofa and TV.
Bedroom Nº3: It has a large 1.50cm double bed with a viscoelastic mattress, very comfortable and air conditioning. A built-in wardrobe and four large windows with a balcony to the outside. Rest area with a beautiful Chester sofa and a TV so you can enjoy and relax from the comfort of your bedroom.
Kitchen: Equipped with everything you need so that you can enjoy large lunches and dinners in the apartment. It has a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine and gas hobs.
Bathroom No1: Next to the entrance, complete with a shower tray and a window that provides natural light and ventilation.
Bathroom No2: Complete with bathtub and window that provides natural light and ventilation.
In this apartment you will find everything you need to enjoy a few days in the Capital, in a quiet and pleasant accommodation. You just have to decide to come and stay here to find out.
It is a stately building, located in one of the best neighborhoods in Madrid, surrounded by shops and commercial establishments, in the middle of Calle Cruz, a few minutes walk from Puerta del Sol and the Fuente de Cibeles. The apartment is on the 5th floor with direct access from the elevator.
It is located in the downtown area of the city. A couple of minutes walk to Puerta del Sol on Calle Mayor. Surrounded by emblematic and tourist places of the city that you can know just by taking a walk around the area. In the heart of the literary district, with shops, stores and markets of all varieties that will make your experience getting to know the city much more varied and enriching.
You will not need public transport to move around the area since you will be in the center and you have everything very close by walking. Anyway, you have the Sevilla metro stop a few meters away (Line 2) and also at Puerta del Sol you will find the metro station and suburban stations that also connect with the entire city. There are also numerous bus lines in the area
Once the reservation is made and before arrival we will need you to check in online, which is nothing more than the registration of your data for the established control that we must carry out.
Access to the apartment works with an automated system that is activated with your mobile phone, so it is important to have a phone with internet, at least for check-in. Inside the apartment you will have a set of keys for the stay.

This centrally located apartment is a great base to explore Madrid and is right in the heart of everything, very close to Puerto Del Sol. It was a great base for our family of five with three adult/teen kids, but it might be a little noisy for younger families. The views from the balconies were amazing, and it was quite spacious for a city center apartment. The kitchen has limited utensils so you should probably plan to eat out in the many local restaurants. The check-in process was a little confusing as some of the messages were only available in the VRBO app and some went to email but we figured it out in the end.

Great place to stay to have a memorable experience…you will hear the streets enjoying the night so if your a light sleeper this might not be for you, but everyone else should definitely experience this full floor with floor to ceiling window/doors wrap-around apartment!

The view of this property is truly gorgeous and amazing!! You can stare out the window for hours. I felt like a local while staying in this area. We felt safe. The heaters were on automatic. The apartment was clean and well decorated. I will definetly book this apartment once again when I return and recommend it’s amazing view! Thank you!
The only downside is although it’s located on the 5th floor you can hear all of the noise of the night life for the streets. However if you are tired from touring the entire day you will fall asleep with no issues like I did.

Took us 2 hrs to get access. Remote lock was not working or team didnt know how to use.AC not working in one bedroom when asked about repair, crickets. No starter kit, had to find grocery store for basics 1st night. No book on equipment checkout etc. No Wifi passwird in apt.m, had to contact host. Hard key would work at times. Bathrooms are really tiny. Worse VRBO ever
