About this apartment rental
Two bedroom apartment completely designed, newly renovated and re-decorated, you can enjoy one of the best areas of downtown Madrid. One of the rooms has a bed of 1.35 cm, wardrobe and windows being incredibly bright, the other room has a comfortable 0.90 cm bunk and closet. Making the stay totally comfortable and comfortable. All beds have a pack of sheets so you don't have to worry about anything.
- Living room: bright living room completely renovated with designer furniture and hundreds of details. It consists of a comfortable sofa, carpet, lamps and Smart TV.
55" smart tv, high speed internet.
- Kitchen: you have a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare any type of meal: microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, stove, pans, cutlery, glassware, etc.
Full dining room to enjoy to the fullest.
- Nº1 Bedroom: Very cozy.
Viscoelastic double size bed imported from Italy, plants, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
The bed comes fully equipped with sheets, pillows and cushions.
- Nº2 Bedroom: Very bright and cozy.
Comfortable bunk bed of 0.90, with viscoelastic mattresses, plants, and wardrobe.
The bed comes fully equipped with sheets, pillows and cushions.
- 1 fully equipped bathrooms with everything you need to have a perfect stay for 1 to 4 people.
The bathroom will have a pack of towels for each guest: large, medium and foot towels.
Hair dryer, iron, soap dish, shampoo and gel.
Once the reservation is made and before arrival we will need you to check in online, which is nothing more than the registration of your data for the established control that we must carry out.
Access to the apartment works with an automated system that is activated with your mobile phone, so it is important to have a phone with internet, at least for check-in. Inside the apartment you will have a set of keys for the stay.
IMPORTANT: Only one set of keys is left in the apartment for the stay, due to security policies. The opening system with the link will also remain valid throughout the stay, so you can use both the keys and the opening link.
All communication and inquiries to receive information about reservations should be made through the message platform.

The apartment is well located close to city center and Atocha. All windows face a wall. There's a lot of noise coming from a restaurant below. The bunkbed feels like a hostel with a very thin mattress and low comfort. Walls are dirty. Some parts of the flat and furniture need repairing or are in a bad state. I leave this review as this is a flat managed by a company. I wouldn't mention this if it was a private owner renting his flat on periodic basis. The value for the money is not there (as the pictures seem to indicate a better condition).
