It offers two bedrooms with queen beds each, a TV room with a sofa bed for the fifth guest, one bathroom, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Moreover, it has an open layout including a great patio and backyard -- this awesome space will surely capture your heart!

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed our stay very much. The location was very convenient to the arboretum and several restaurants and was very quiet.

We wish we had done a bit more research before booking as we wished we had stayed closer to the main action of Seattle. The house was clean but not to a high standard especially the laundry and the bathroom ceiling. There was a strong smell down stairs.
Other than that the place was well equiped, good cooking facilities, nice area.

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Nice and quiet neighborhood. Close to a lot of things. Furniture worn down and in need of replacement. Worst thing was the bugs. No matter what, they easily got into the house. Basement had sliders and spider webs everywhere.
