Welcome to this marvelous penthouse in the well-equipped beachfront urbanization Bahia de la Plata in Estepona, with a private pool, shared indoor padel court, fitness room, indoor pool, and more.

Urb. Bahia de la Plata is a stunning beachfront urbanization with private parking in garage, indoor and heated pool, fitness room, shared padel court and 2 large outdoor pools with kids end.



The Space:

When you enter the stunning property, you have the fully equipped kitchen to your left, there is a dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffeemaker and everything you need to cook on your holiday.

Further in to the living room is a dining table for 6, a cozy sofa and an armchair in front of the large smart-tv.

Further out from the living room is the first terrace with stunning views of the Mediterranean sea and the urbanization, here is a lounge group, gas BBQ and a dining table for up to 6 persons.

From the living room goes a spiral staircase up to the top floor of the apartment where you got the private pool with stunning views and a private sundeck and 2 sun loungers.

The master bedrooms is located on the bottom floor with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with direct access to the first terrace, the second bedroom is located on the top floor with a full bathroom with shower.

The apartment is fully equipped with A/C in every room, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and stove, private parking, 24/7 security in the urbanisation and much more.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the private pool on the second floor in the apartment, also a shared outdoor pool and aswell the heated indoor pool with jacuzzy. You will also have access to the gym and padel court.



The Neighborhood:

Located between the cozy fishing village of Estepona and the luxurious city of Marbella, with a privileged location on the beachfront and incredible views of the Mediterranean sea and the coast of Africa and Gibraltar.

Train your swing by playing golf on one of the best courses in Spain or travel by car to historic cities such as Ronda, Seville or Cadiz.

Urb Bahia de la Plata is located about 6min drive from Estepona city center, 4 min drive to Carrefour. There is also a broad variety of restaurants, beachclubs and cafés nearby within walking distance.

Pools have very different opening times, please inquire before the booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.
