How close it is to the beach, pier 60 & shopping
The rooms could have been cleaner. Like the blinds and shelves had a layer of dust and debris on it.

Very good value. Great place for the money. Easy 10 minute walk to the pier.
Sheets looked a little suspect but otherwise everything was clean and looked ok.

The Location made everything else worth the stay.
Dirty Blinds and window seals, faucet in the shower had a steady drip that wouldnt stop and the bathroom door wouldnt close properly. For an older hotel, 200.00 a night is very steep. It was quiet and great location, which i enjoyed.
