An ideal visit in a spacious apartment!

The rooms were clean and well maintained overall. Communication with the host was prompt and friendly. Checking in was simple, as was parking. The apartment is in an ideal spot that means you’re only a 5 minute walk from the centre of Norwich. Beds were comfy and the bathrooms were nice.

Only thing to mention is that the bed was quite creaky and there was a decent amount of noise from the other apartments. Due to the rooms being on a lower ground floor too the bathroom ceilings are quite low and we had to duck in the shower.

Great place for exploring the city

Location, parking space, size of the apartment. Comfort.

No where to hang coats, noisy neighbours, temperamental broadband connection for TV, poor sound quality on TV, lack of wine glasses(only one). Looking a little tired and in need of a lick of paint and reseal in shower and bathroom. radiator not working in en suite and bathroom

Excellent location

There wasn't any information on any of the appliances or recycling. Broadband didn't work for TV and had to work it out for ourselves. Rest of the apartment was fine.

Perfect stay for city centre but read the reviews

Within walking distance of the city centre, very clean and a quirky layout

No coat hooks or umbrella stand, only 1 set of keys which caused issues with 3 of us staying there. Main light by window in the lounge vibrates badly if upstairs for some reason so didn’t sleep the first night, cheap bedding and duvets and pillows plus ripped bedding. No where to put anything in the showers so it’s a juggling process, damp in second bedroom above the bed which is pretty bad. Sent message to the owner but had no reply

Unusual, well designed layout.

We did not realise it was a Basement Apartment . Serious Flooding from on suite shower coming into the Bedroom (due to storm occurring) which left a bad smell of drainage.

Great stay at maisonette convenient for city centre

Convenient to city centre and comes with car parking. Clean and good size with two double beds and two powerful showers.

Hooks for hanging out door coats. Place was cold on arrival. It heated up reasonably quickly but had to adjust setting on 10 electric radiators.

Spacious, quiet haven in Norwich Centre

Great location within easy walking distance of main shopping area and attractions. Quiet location and great parking. All instructions by the owner were very clear and timely. The property is clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay Kitchen is very well appointed.

Nothing, really. If I were being really picky the mattresses and pillows were too soft for my liking. A scissors and some mixing bowls in the kitchen would have been good.

Very bad experience with this apartment.

The only thing I liked is the location.

1. The apartment (except the reception room ) is underground. This is very important factor for many people and it must be stated clearly. 2. There is a bad smell in one of the bedrooms (I think it's coming from the bathroom) that expends to all other spaces. The owner has added some electrical Air Freshener but they do not resolve the problem. 3. No privacy in this appartement. The reception and the bedrooms have only blinders. So either you are in a full darkness or you are exposed to the outside world. One of the bedrooms is exposed to the school courtyard. The stair and hall windows have no curtains at all. 4. The apartment is not clean.

Little hidden gem that you will not disappoint anyone

The location is fantastic, so close to the city centre but also so quiet. The cleanliness was faultless. The property remained cool even on one of the highest days of the year.

Wonderful location but very average property.

The location was amazing, so close to everything which made exploring and shopping easy.

The decor in the upstairs living room was awful and for some reason just felt weird to be in, we spent most of the time in the downstairs kitchen. The kitchen had a hole in the bottom corner and when I looked in it a found a mouldy half eaten biscuit. The kitchen table had only been partially fixed to the wall which made it wobble whenever you used it. The shower in the back bedroom was terrible, with only a very narrow opening so you had to literally squeeze in, also the was a rusty hook on the wall of the shower.

Booked this for a surprise for my husband birthday weekend , host was very accommodating nothing to much trouble i asked

lovely quirky apartment , great location very quiet just a 7 minute walk into the shops bars and restaurants, everything you need is in the apartment, free parking for 1 car, en-suite and bathroom so great if sharing with friends, loved the kitchen with the breakfast bar. Will definitely book again.
