Hotel Plaza Berlín

This place was good value compared to other hotels in the area considering the price and what you got for it. The location was perfect; right in the middle of Laureles but on a side street where is was relatively quiet. The room was clear and comfortable and everything in it worked well. There was a desk and chair to do work and a strong air conditioner to keep comfortable. The staff was overall quite friendly, and although none of them spoke any English, they did their best to make the stay enjoyable.

The single elevator in the building was a bit slow so I usually walked up the steps rather than wait. And the motion sensors on the third floor didn't work, so walking up the stairs at night required the flashlight on your cell phone. But other than these very minor issues, the place was great!

La ubicación, muy accesible a varios lugares sin el perjuicio del ruido. El baño es muy espacioso y agradable.

Me gustaría que la habitación contara con una mesa o silla sencillos

The location is perfect staff friendly and helped when i was robbed they assisted me

but I was disappointed that they let them in my room the first time. And they came back to try extortion for the return of the stolen items they said I had to pay to have THEM CO E TO MY ROOM WHAT HAPPENED TO THE FIRST TIME THEY WENT TO MY ROOM of course I declined this may have been an attempt to protect me as my Spanish is very limited
