The room was clean
No hot water, no water atall on the last day, messaged the manager and got a sarcastic response with no apology. The bar downstairs is extremely noisy until early hours of the morning, hotel is under the flight path and planes wake you up at 6am. Got there at the time we agreed and no answer at the front door, rang bell for 45 minutes and no answer, had to walk off and get WiFi, messaged the manager and he said I rang the wrong bell which was a lie because it was clearly labelled, again there was no apology. The lighting in the room is poor, no hot water and when something goes wrong no apology or offer of refund, just very rude. We said bye to the manager at the end and he just ignore us. Terrible service
