My favorite thing about this was the location. Safe, residential, and super close to a metro station, and from there you can reach and cover a LOT of Medellín. It's also not a touristy neighborhood, so from the grocery store to the arepas on the small little square park nearby everything is reasonably priced. Claudia, the hostel's host, is great; direct but lovable, and truly always there to help with anything you need. As for the accommodation itself, my situation might be too specific: I got a single room, which was a good one, mostly: spacious, great bed, good bathroom. The kitchen has everything you might need, and there's a laundry room.

Unfortunately, my room was right behind the kitchen, which meant noise at almost all hours. My first night it went until almost 1am, despite asking the other guests to keep it down. But the thing is all walls are very thin (or simply not sturdy), so it wasn't just the kitchen, I also heard the room right next to me or whenever someone used the communal bathroom. All in all, I got what I paid for, but if noise is a dealbreaker then consider asking for a more private room.

The breakfast was excellent and enjoy very much. The staff was very friendly and I enjoyed communicating with her at all times. The location was a bit far away from many places but it's quiet and safe. I will likely stay there again if I revisit Medellin.

The bed doesn't have reading lights so is become quite dark if the lights are switch off.

Great hostel with an amazing location in a quiet, green and safe neighborhood right next to metro Florista. Delicious breakfast, well-equipped kitchen, fast and strong WiFi, friendly stuff. I appreciate also the girls only bathroom. For the little price it’s a really good deal.

Only the coffee could be better :-) But I’m spoiled from Salento and Jardín.

Great location in Medellín, super easy to get around and close to everything without being overwhelming. The space itself felt clean and well-designed, with a social but still comfortable vibe. Staff were friendly and helpful, and it was easy to meet other travelers. Overall, a solid balance between chill and social.
