How do recommend a very professional great price?

You must book a room on at least the 2nd floor or you won’t sleep with the steet noises , a must do!!!!!!!

​The Hype vs. The Reality Online, especially on Agoda, this hotel looks incredible especially for the price. The photos of a queen bed right next to a jacuzzi with city views sold me instantly. The description even promised a courtyard view. Unfortunately, the reality didn't live up to the hype. ​ I booked a six-night stay here, looking for a place to recover after oral surgery with follow up procedures scheduled. I arrived about an hour early (my fault, as I was transitioning from another hotel that had shut down mid stay), and while my room wasnt ready, the staff was exceptional. Every interaction I had with them was friendly and professional they happily held my bags while I walked the city. ​ When I finally checked in, I was placed in Room *** . The room is located near the entrance, right on a major "moto highway." There is simply no escaping the noise. Between the sheer quantity of motorcycles and the speed at which they pass, the sound is constant. Because the hotel has a beautiful marbled interior, those sounds resonate and echo throughout the building. There was no jacuzzi, and the courtyard view was actually a small window with a blind that looked directly into the interior hallway. ​ After realizing I couldn't spend six nights there, the receptionist was very understanding and moved me to Room *** . While it was slightly better, the construction of the hotel with its massive amounts of marble creates an inescapable echo chamber. I could hear everything, guests checking in and out, conversations in the hall, doors slamming, kids, and music from other rooms. Even with a Bluetooth speaker playing rain sounds at full volume, I couldn't drown out the noise of the street or the building's internal activities. ​ I want to be fair the hotel is remarkably clean, and the staff is truly top tier. They were supportive and empathetic when I explained that I hadn't been able to sleep and needed to check out the next morning. The receptionist even guided me on how to contact Agoda for a refund due to the noise levels. I booked 6 nights and left after one. ​Final Verdict If you are looking for a spotless facility with great service and you don't plan on sleeping, this is the spot. However, if you need rest or a quiet environment to recover, I cannot recommend staying here. ​Cleanliness: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Sleep Quality: 1/5
