This place is in a safe location and a few blocks over from the restaurants and night life . The provide a massage that is 30 mins complimentary but the masseuse was really good I had to pay for the other 40 mins.

The spa water is cold. No bar on rooftop. There is no staff on rooftop. Nobody would come up to turn on the Jacuzzi. They kept saying that it needs to wait 20 mins. But no other customer ever went up there. The rooftop advertisement is not real. They don't have it. But the staff kept insisting there is. The malfunctioning of the Spa I can bear. The lying I cannot

Good breakfast, helpful staff, central location near restaurants and bars, supermarket D1 nearby, working AC.
Very small bathroom, squeaky bed, no hairdryer or mini fridge in the room.

I booked this hotel for 3 nights. Upon arriving I was told the room didn't have air conditioning. I was told if I wanted a room with air it would be 3 times more. I told them to cancel my reservation. Several days later still no refund even through I had explained to Agoda Customer service what happen. I went to the hotel today and was told *** was refusing my refund. If I wanted to booked with *** I would have used them. So *** must own Agoda? I have used Agoda for 4 years as I traveled through Asia. Now I find out that neither Agoda or *** stand behind their customers.
