On 17-jun night before my booking I asked the staff about my guests options which we came with agreement then I confirmed booking however on 19-jun night shift he said he is unaware of the agreement and refused to call the other staff to clarify or call the management to complaint, + he didn't give me his name and other staff to file official complaint, I asked also that I don't want to stay here anymore and I need the remaing 3 nights refund however the staff refused
+ They need to check the room according to standard before offering to guest , many defects were in the room ( jacuzzi leaking in floor level of the room , handwash bassinet flooded , air conditioning noisy , one bed side lamb not working )
Room swapped however other room also needed airconditioning attention and hand washed bassinet flooded , both was fixed but affected my stay time

They charge guest fees. If you see any info says otherwise, you are being fooled only to realize that it's too late at 2am in Medellin. Book elesewhere where it's more transparent and safe.
