Very open space, we had the best time here. Would defo come back to stay again! Perfect location.

The apartment was modern and neat with 2 AC units and a dishwasher (yay!). The location was lovely; not in the centre of all the hustle and bustle; just on the outskirts, but it's easy to walk everywhere from the apartment - or Uber/Bolt. Ponte Luís I bridge is about a 30 minute walk, there's a laundromat across the road that isn't expensive, and a Minipreço convenience store and Lidl supermarket is about a 10 minute walk. I love the layout of the apartment - 2 bathrooms and 3 outdoor spaces - it was perfect for wine in the evening. The apartment is quiet and the bed is comfortable - we slept very well and weren't bothered by ambient noise found in the city. The apartment felt safe. Sunrises and sunsets from the balcony/terrace were peaceful and stunning. The host was very accommodating regarding my booking adjustment. The welcome by Gonçalo was great; very welcoming and helpful. We loved our stay and I can't wait to return! Not apartment related: In Porto, for every 1 downhill there are 2 uphills - enjoy the workout! It's a lovely city.

The air conditioner is placed away from the main sleeping area (note: main room is loft-style / not closed off) so the cold air didn't reach the main bed easily, and it gets hot upstairs in the summer, so there were some days/nights where it was a bit uncomfortable. We stayed for a week and found there is a lack of utensils - proper, sharp cutting knife (the knives are blunt), cheese grater, non-stick pan. There was some construction, but with the windows and doors closed it didn't bother.

Hosts were easy to talk to. But nothing else struck as great about the property for the price charged.

Towels were not changed at any point of time despite requests; lift did not work to get to the top floor with bags, and we were not informed about it; no additional shower gels were provided despite us being 5 people in the accommodation with shower gels being consumed used in one shower; cold water almost always, geysers didn't work well; Apartment was not serviced to my memory.
