Le logement est situé dans une rue calme, proche du centre, avec de nombreux petits commerces et cafés à proximité. Les équipements sont modernes, l'intérieur est lumineux, avec une très grande terrasse. Le vrai bonus reste son parking (fermé), indispensable pour rester en ville.

La propreté de l'appartement neuf, une grande terrasse, la décoration, la tranquillité, l'emplacement. Bonne literie. La réactivité de l'hôte qui nous a mis un four micro-ondes dès notre demande. Facilité pour rejoindre le centre ville.

Il manquait un four micro-ondes. Pas besoin d'un grand four pour 2 personnes ! Le sol de la douche très très glissant ! Le calme sauf le chien à l'étage en dessous qui ne cesse d'aboyer tous les soirs !

Read Carefully: The location is close to the Praça de Espanha metro station, making transit easy, but be aware that it is located in roughly 3.5 outside of Lisbon's actual historic center, despite being advertised as "central."

The Bad: I am incredibly disappointed by this property. The 9.8 rating feels completely manufactured based on the unlivable conditions and severe lack of maintenance I experienced: Deafening, Constant Noise: The noise pollution here is relentless. The apartment has zero soundproofing against the heavy street traffic below, loud screeching from the nearby metro/train lines, and constant airplanes flying extremely low overhead on the airport flight path. Combined with a massive party directly upstairs that lasted until 5:00 AM, sleep was entirely impossible. Zero Host Communication: I messaged the host urgently about the party at 3:42 AM and again the next morning. She completely ignored both messages and has abandoned communication entirely. Pest Problem: There is an active ant infestation inside the apartment. Plumbing Failures: The shower drain is completely blocked and floods deeply during use. When I reported this, the host told me to find a plunger and fix it myself. When I told her the plunger was missing, she ignored me. Broken Appliances: The kitchen extraction hood does not work at all, and the oven is broken (it only warms up slightly and cannot actually cook food). Poor Cleanliness: The bedsheets provided are incredibly old, heavily worn out, and did not feel clean. This host does not maintain the property, misrepresents the environment, and refuses to respond to urgent issues. Save your money and book elsewhere.
