Clean organized. Very good communication.
They should change towels for one week stays, also they should put some more of the cleaning supplies for one week stays. Overall was good.

Een van de weinige kritiekpunten: code was lastig te hanteren. Zeker wanneer je ‘s avonds laat aankomt is dat niet fijn. Had sowieso graag een persoonlijke rondleiding gehad over de werking van het een en ander. Positieve reactie op feedback, hele aardige mensen bij de Front Desk, goede service. Altijd een snelle reactie.
Er stond bij dat het verblijf een patio had op Booking, was niet zo. Gelukkig veel leuke parken op loopafstand.

The price is reasonable. The location is quiet, you don't hear your neighbors or the outside. The WiFi is reliable and high-speed. The apartment is well-equipped, especially the kitchen. The size is okay for two people. The neighborhood feels safe. The airport shuttle is reliable with a super friendly, helpful driver. The staff are highly responsive and try to offer solutions to problems.
When we arrived, there was dried urine and hair stuck to the outer side of the toilet bowl, and a dried yellow puddle on the floor next to it. We complained and they did send the cleaners again, but they only cleaned the floor, not the toilet. Ultimately we ended up getting cleaning supplies and cleaning it ourselves, which isn't something anyone wants to do or should do on vacation. They apologised profusely, but didn't offer any kind of compensation.
The last straw was when I touched the bottom of the bathroom counter and a huge, dried booger came off and fell into my hand. I don't know what people have done in that bathroom, but it was disturbing.
The mirror door on the bathroom cabinet was broken and permanently open, which blocked the tap and was very annoying because it kept swinging in our faces. They offered to send someone to fix it, but we didn't constantly want to have people in the apartment while we stayed there. These things should be noticed and fixed in between rentals.
For the price, you could definitely get a hostel or B&B that's cleaner and cheaper.
There is a laundry room, but it's constantly occupied and you have to buy your own detergents, which doesn't make much sense for short-term stays.
The TV is in an odd position and it isn't a smart device.
The building smells damp, though opening the windows helps.
