The room was very spacious and they replenished the water and coffee daily as well as a thorough cleaning of the room
No mini bar nor fridge which is a must.

The interior design is beautiful with artsy vibes. The room I stayed in was spacious and well designed, especially as I upgraded to a higher category.
The staff were unhelpful and not welcoming, and I had to repeatedly ask for basic assistance, including help with my luggage. Breakfast service was slow, I waited over 40 minutes for a latte, the order was incorrect, and I ultimately had to speak to the barista and pick it up myself. For a hotel marketed as five-star, essentials like a toothbrush and slippers were missing unless requested, there was no TV in the room, and the bathroom trash bin was broken.
