We love this property, it was modern and yet centrally located in the old town with great rooftop restaurant and bar. The rooms were spacious and clean and staff great

Location, cleanness, staff generosity , rooftop restaurant view of old nizwa
Only had issue with lift the day we arrived but the next day was working again thanks to kind and caring staff there who changed our room to below floor

Great location, restaurant at the top has a beautiful view and good food
Service - not friendly, telling customers to go all the way down in the building to order food, forgetting parts of the order. Breakfast - few options, no fresh bread, croissants, no butter, no cheese or cold cuts. The coffee included in the breakfast was tasteless (so you need to order good coffee separately)
