The staff were beyond amazing. My boyfriend had a dairy allergy and they made a small mistake but made sure to really lookout for us afterwards. On top of that, it really is Ski-in and Ski-out, and is very close to the lift. The food is amazing and the property is clean and modern. It isnt so close to the central towns but it has its own charm and is close to the lift that is less crowded. I was a bit hesitant reading reviews in relation to the staff being rude, but this was not our experience at all. They are very nice!

Rooms are good and clean
Attitude of the reception staff. There is no bellman service, and we requested to move the luggages they said we have to move. Secondly they said they have upgraded our room and asked to put a review of 10 in the booking.com site. They provided the same room we booked and still insist to put 10 review
