Great hotel with amazing views of the city! Bolt taxi was €2-€4 to city centre.

lack of preparation for room allocation, we need to wait for more than 3 hours to get our room.

Staff - Friendly, helpful employees make all the difference. Polite staff who remember details and ensure a comfortable stay enhance the experience. Location - A convenient place within walking distance of shops, transit and attractions. Even just near major roads or transit works. The neighborhood and views also matter. Cleanliness - Clean rooms and common areas are basic needs. I notice fresh linens, vacuumed floors and dusted surfaces.

Long check in and check out times: Having to wait in line for 15-30 minutes or more to check in or out of a hotel is frustrating. The process sometimes feels inefficient and slow. Rude or unhelpful valet and garage attendants: When security guards, valet parking attendants and other hotel staff are rude, unhelpful or inattentive, it leaves a bad impression. They should be polite, efficient and focused on customer service. Dirty carpets and furniture: Stained, dirty or worn carpets and upholstery make hotel rooms feel unclean and shabby. They should be thoroughly cleaned and replaced regularly. Noise from nearby streets: When a hotel is located on or near a busy street with lots of traffic, sirens and loud noises, it can make it hard to relax and get a good night's sleep. Double-paned windows and good soundproofing help, but aren't always effective.
