    My husband and I were so glad that we chose this hotel in Tbilisi. We enjoyed the spa, comfortable beds and the delicious breakfast. Manager Keti went beyond and above to make sure we got the best service.

    The hotel is very nice, the building is very pretty and the street is very vibrant and lots of cool cafes and shops We got a free room upgrade and late check out for no charge that was very nice of them! The workers at the front desk could be nicer and smile to the guests in my opinion.. but the overall was great!

    The location is perfect, and the hotel is new. Rooms are not very big, but that’s fine. I had booked a room with one double bed, but at check-in I was given a twin room. I only noticed that after entering the room, of course. After calling the reception, I was moved to another room, which was nice. However, there were a few small details that slightly affected the overall impression: one day we were provided with only one large towel (the next day there were two), there was no extra toilet paper in the room, and the minibar in the first room was completely empty. Also, there were no instructions for using the safe. Breakfast was very good. However, when we decided to have dinner at the restaurant, it was completely empty — no guests, but plenty of staff. After placing our order, ten minutes passed and nothing happened — not even drinks were served, while the staff were chatting among themselves. Eventually, we decided to leave and dine elsewhere, where guests would receive more attention.
