The best thing about this place is the location - if you’re planning to explore historical center of the city it is comfortable to get around from this hotel. There’s several good breakfast spots nearby and restaurants too. The hostes is very welcoming and will help you with any questions you have about you stay or where to eat! Room was clean and exactly as you see on the pictures

Everything is clean and super good and most important the toilet have splash water and they gave us early check in super good customer service

The manager, Natalia, is really nice - she provided us the self checking information along with many great restaurants and bakeries recommendations. The hotel is clean, styled in a modern vibe and well maintained, in a good location on a side street near Librety Square. The room had many small accommodations like a vanity kit, shower cap, toothbrushes and shower products as well as plates, cups and wine glasses.

The facilities are a bit old - we had really hot water come out no matter how we turned the faucet. We asked Natalia for help, and we managed to resolve it in the end. In addition, there was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom (even though it was perfectly clean as far as we could see), we understand it's a general issue with the old city sewer system. We got by by keeping the bathroom door closed, but if we had a longer stay we might have asked for a better solution. Lastley, we took the room on the top floor with the big terrace (which was lovely), but there is an entrance to the terrace from outside the room that links directly into it. We kept the terrace door locked when we were out of the room.

The hotel is located close to the city center, which made it convenient for getting around, and there’s a grocery store nearby, which was helpful.

Overall, our stay in the room was acceptable, but there were several issues that we feel should be mentioned. - The room was not properly cleaned before our arrival. We found hair on the floor, both in the bedroom and in the shower area. - The toilet was dirty as well. We asked for it to be cleaned, and although someone apparently came to do it while we were out, it remained unclean. In the end, we had to clean it ourselves. - The sink was clearly clogged — it would fill up almost immediately and the water wouldn’t drain properly. - When we checked in, the handle on the front door literally fell off. We reported it to the hosts right away, but it was never fixed — the handle just stayed on our table for the entire two-day stay. - The air conditioner was quite loud and placed directly above the bed, blowing air right onto us. Turning it off made the room unbearably hot and stuffy, but keeping it on meant sleeping in a cold draft. On top of that, the unit didn’t look very clean, which made us concerned about the air quality and potential health effects.
