Gutsa Artists Mini-Hotel

The owner of the hotel is a very nice woman who make sure all of your needs are met. The rooms are very spacious and have wonderful decor. There was a balcony which was nice to sit out on during the night time. The location is great, very central part of Tbilisi, the metro station is less than 5 minutes down the road. Every morning you can get coffee and some porridge. Overall excellant stay and would recommend anyone to stay here.

We stay one week in gutsa mini hotel. Gutsa is very kind and helpful host. We’re grateful for her interest. She is also an artist and hotel looks like gallery full with her portre, landscape paintings. Neighbours are helpful who help us for parking. Location is in the heart of Tbilisi.

The location is good and the grandmother who lives there is an artist. If you speak Russian or Georgian language, you could gain a lot from her but not for English speakers.

There's no breakfast, only tea/coffee. The maintenance is just ok. I was charged for one full additional day, for checking in 8hrs early! The artistic pictures are slightly misleading. It's not as good as in picture.
