The price point at which they were selling the rooms.
Elevator was not working. Otherwise it was fine.

This is the main advantage. It was very convenient that all the main attractions and restaurants were within walking distance. We didn't need any transport.
Noise — The windows of our room faced the street. In the evenings, sometimes until 1 a.m., it was quite noisy, even with the windows closed. Bathroom — It was really very small. I don't know if it was larger in other rooms.

it's not hotel , it's flat and no staff available only contact with you by phone and whatsapp.
