"Great location, really friendly staff, small but comfortable rooms with all we needed. Shared bathroom but never an issue and acceptable given the price of the room in Lauterbrunnen. Disco apparently ..."

The Horner pub was quiet, perfectly located, clean and tidy.
Just an idea. A fridge per floor the guests could use would have been nice.

It’s right above the most famous pub of the village. Near a waterfall. It was a big and comfortable room. Easy to check out. It was a quiet place.
The WC is shared. The check in is through the pub. So just keep in mind you have to wait like any other customer and in the middle of a pub when checking in. You have to carry the bags two floors up to get to your room. It’s 10-15m away from the train station. Better if you’re not carrying to much with you.

I loved the room looking out to the waterfall. It had everything I needed, liked that it had a sink. Close to everything.
The only thing I didn't like was the cigarette smoke wafting through my window from people smoking in the lane.
