Loved the well stocked kitchen, the layout and the facilities. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the whole house was toasty warm after a day on the slopes. Location wise, it was easy to catch public transport into Queenstown or the Skibus to the ski fields.
The parking was a little scary for our hire car! Parking below the Holiday Inn wasn’t an issue though.

Location was excellent. A great supply of crockery, glasses. cookware, utensils etc. Lovely fluffy towels and nice wine glasses. Also when we were leaving just simple requests from them. Bedrooms were lovely and spacious I would recommend this place for groups. We were a family group of 7 adults and one child.
Parking for our unit was a bit difficult and we never mastered the TV.

I enjoyed the location, views & comfort of the home
The oven did not work - it turned on but would not heat up. We were unable to use the 4th bedroom due to water damage & water leakage in the roof which resulted in the bed being soaked with water
