What a great place for our short family, baseball vacation. Such a great location to many ballparks. Not to mention the beautiful house with all the amenities.

The property was just what we needed while attending a regatta - fully functional kitchen, comfy beds, laundry… A highlight of the property is the screened porch overlooking the fenced backyard. The coded lock made checking in / coming and going a breeze and the host was very helpful and answered our questions promptly.

We had a wonderful stay in your home! The location was awesome to everything we wanted to see and do. The beds were comfortable and the home was just as pictured and very homey. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend@

House has a great layout and looks beautiful. However, we quickly realized the house is need of some serious TLC. Kitchen is sorely lacking with 2 useable pots and 1 sheet pan. The 1 skillet is rusted. The house needs a thorough deep clean. Mold is growing in the master bathroom tile. 5 towels and 2 washcloths were provided for 5 guests for a 4 night stay. The washing machine has mold growing and needs cleaning. The sheets didn’t fit the mattresses. They kept coming off in 2 rooms. I emailed the owner and received a prompt response. He sent someone over within an hour with extra towels and sheets. They ordered new pots and pans for the kitchen and said the other issues would be addressed. The location and layout were ideal for us. Our FL home was damaged during the last hurricane season and we needed a place close to family to celebrate the holidays. This place allowed us to be nearby and plenty of room for our family of 5. Close to the beach and grocery stores. Easy check in with clear instructions. Safe area.
