* Fire up the propane grill for delectable meals

* Expansive outdoor covered patio with beverage fridge and Smart TV
* An alligator is in the small body of water behind the home. The lanai serves as protection from wildlife. Do not bother the gators and they keep to themselves.
NO SPA - NO HOT TUB:
The elevated portion of the pool is not a spa or hot tub and does not have any additional features. The water temperature is the same temperature as the pool. If you’re looking for hot tub vibes, this might not be the home for you.
POOL & OPTIONAL POOL HEATER
Our beautiful saltwater pool can be heated to 83 degrees from October 1st to May 1st for just $25/night. The pool is professionally serviced twice a week.

An adorable poolside bungalow offers the ultimate way to enjoy a unique tropical "glamping" experience! This private bungalow is equipped with a full-size bed, a Smart TV for your entertainment, a wall heater, and a window air unit to keep you cool. Guests in the bungalow will access the pool bathroom that is just steps from the bungalow.
Please note: The bungalow is counted as a bedroom, bringing the total to 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths! This may not be suitable for guests of all ages. Please consider your group dynamics and sleeping arrangements when booking.

Absolutely lovely home with nice decor. Everything was functioning great, new kitchen appliances and great washing machine/dryer. Perfect neighborhood location - quiet and close to Seminole walking trails. Arguably, the most impressive was the outdoor space with the nice pool overlooking a pond with the local alligator. We spent hours watching wildlife right from the back yard - no need to go the Everglades if you’re staying here!! Would love to come back to.

Loved everything about the house! Stephanie was quick to respond from booking to checking out. The house is clean and so beautifully decorated. We were celebrating a bachelorette and it couldn't have been a more perfect house! 100% recommend - would book again!

House was better than we saw on the VRBO site. Very clean with so many up to date accessories from kitchen to pool area. Because we enjoyed the house so much we all were in a happy mood all the time! The owner provided everything that we could imagine even more. There were pool toys, beach items, beach umbrellas and all cleaning material. We ( Grandpa, Grandma, daughter and 3 grown grandchildren) made so many great memories and enjoyed everything about the home!
