Miss Lily was very accommodating. She catered us when we decided to stay in HCM a little longer and arranged a room for us. She's very easy to contact and ensures that you have a wonderful stay in HCM.
Nothing. The location is at the very heart of HCM. It was very near from everything -- Ben Thanh, Spas, Foods, Laundy, Barbershops, everything.

The location is in an alley via the motorbikes parking.
Good size and well equipped apt. Wifi connection is great.
Excellent location, eateries are steps away.
Note: This is a constructive comment, not a complain...
To ease the trouble, host should get out to greet traveler to make the check in process easier.
Also, please provide clearer instructions in the usage of the apt equipments such as hot water and etc...

Zentrale Lage. Man lebt in einem Wohnhaus mit Vietnamesen und erlebt deren Alltagsrealität. Leckeres vietnamesisches Frühstück auf dem 4. Stock (Nudelsuppe mit Fleisch oder Vegetarisch). Appartement 121 ist mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet, hat eine Waschmaschine zur freien Verfügung, AC, einen Kühlschrank, ein Doppelbett, Sofa und auf der Gallerie eine Doppelmatratze auf dem Boden (5 Schlafplätze). Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und via WhatsApp gut erreichbar.
Bilder entsprachen nicht den Räumlichkeiten welche zur Verfügung standen. Haben eine 2-Raum Unterkunft gebucht und hatten dann vor Ort einen Raum mit Gallerie. Appartement 121 hat Fenster in einen Innenhof und als Küchenausstattung ist nur eine Herdplatte zur Verfügung. Die Zimmerzuteilung ist sehr spontan.
Standort und Eingang fast nicht zu finden!
