There are two penthouses on the same floor and the space is really cozy and comfortable! The apartment is so spacious and airy, perfect for our big family. And the cost is just right for us! We feel incredibly comfortable and free here, especially compared to other places in Ho Chi Minh City. Thanks to the host for always supporting us.

Communicatie met hosts verliep goed.
Goede wifi en smart tv in de woonkamer.
Er waren permanente bewoners in het andere appartement, dit was niet vermeld in de beschrijving. De bewoners hielden geen rekening met gasten, buitenkeuken volledig door hen in gebruik, ‘s morgens en ‘s avonds luidruchtig en blaffende hond liep om 7 uur buiten. Er zijn 3 badkamers waarvan er bij 2 te weinig waterdruk hadden om te kunnen douchen en 1 wc verstopt. Dus 1 badkamer te gebruiken voor 8 personen. Appartement was schoon, maar verouderd en scheuren in de muren en vochtplekken in de plafonds in de slaapkamers. Keuken vrij leeg, 8 glazen en 8 bekers en wat borden en bestek. Uitzicht op de stad viel erg tegen, penthouse zit op de 4e verdieping dus je kijkt tegen andere gebouwen aan. De accomodatie voldeed niet aan de verwachtingen. Het was prima, maar niet zoals omschreven.

The apartment is just like the description, cozy and has everything you need. My family had an amazing vacation! If you do a quick search on Google, you'll find lots of cool restaurants nearby. Enjoy!
