a few days stay here. the only annoying thing is food delivery drivers aren't allowed up the lifts, so u have to chuck on clothes and head down to the lobby to grab your brekkie or late night snacks. but apart from that strict security rule, hcmc prestige apartment is a ripper setup. bed is insanely comfy and the shower is exactly what u need after walking around in the sweaty arvo heat. minimart downstairs is super handy for water and bits. would def stay again.

stayed here for a week. heads up if you're doing washing, clothes take ages to dry on the balcony because of the saigon humidity, so make sure to run the extra spin cycle. but having a machine in the flat is a massive lifesaver anyway. hcmc prestige apartment is a proper good setup though. wifi is rapid (managed to stream the football with zero buffering) and the ac is ice cold. the gym gets a bit rammed around 6pm but not a dealbreaker. solid spot, cheers

only here for a short stint. trying to get a grab right to the lobby during rush hour is a bit of a nightmare as the roads around the complex get absolutely jam packed. but once you step inside the hcmc prestige apartment, it's completely sorted. blocks out all the noise from the street perfectly. shower pressure is brilliant (way better than my electric shower back home tbh) and the smart tv is set up ready to go. dead handy having the minimart downstairs to grab a few beers. cracking place overall.

Value for money, plenty of food outlets close by and a washing machine.
There were no tea towels, bath mat, hand washing soap/ dispenser and the room smelt if cigarettes
