    Many things in the room are very old and not fully functional. The water kettle sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. microwave handle is broken. Some of the tiles in the room are broken. Water accumulates in the bathroom towards the door and it just won't go away. The air conditioner cools the room, but it's a very old one and it's noisy. The advertisement says 35 square meters. The room I was given was around 20 square meters. There was no Wi-Fi router. After I insisted on calling and asking, a staff member brought one. There was no one at the reception. The reception was empty. I definitely do not recommend this hotel. The pictures look very nice. But everything in the room is very old, either not working or working incorrectly. From what I've seen in other rooms in the building, it's the same. The mattress on the bed kept slipping. I had to adjust it 15-20 times a day.

    It’s not so clean bathroom, flooring tiles are coming up, cabinet inside the room is falling apart. Kitchen appliances and utensils are provided though and the location is great.

    We have provided a room that was moldy, dirty, smelly..the moment we have entered the rooms my kids felt very sick due to the molds. We have ended booking another place to stay for 18 days. I have tried contacting the admin multiple times but was not entertained. I have contacted Agoda for refund but seems like we are going in circle getting help. It was a total inconvenience and nothing was refunded with what I have paid for both rooms.. I am sharing this experience so that Agoda can remove their previledges.
