Close to the ocean with ocean views. Nice balcony views from master bedroom. Kitchen facilities were excellent. Bathroom excellent. Spacious enough bedroom. You can hear the surf 24/7. Car Park.
The road is directly out the front and it can get busy with traffic and cars parked out the front obscuring views out of the window in the lounge area. Also lots of foot traffic in busy periods.

Location was perfect to walk to beach , street and horseshoe bay . The apartment was fresh and inviting with modernised kitchen bathroom and laundry . The beds were comfortable and linen lovely . Great heating and cooling and parking was provided.

Location was excellent
TV did not work properly, despite many emails to fix the issue nothing was done to fix the problem. They keep asking me to try to fix it. Original booking arrangement was to vacate the property at 10:30 am, but they insisted we leave by 10:00 am despite emails showing them the booking arrangements. Concerned no smoke detector on ground floor where kitchen is located and could not use Air-conditioner on ground floor as the filters were clogged with dirt, took pictures. Windows were extremely dirty
